Pure Kauai is a luxury vacation rental company on Kauai, Hawaii. They were spending on Google Ads with zero visibility into which campaigns drove actual bookings. Everything was tracked as a "form submission" — which told them nothing about revenue.

Vacation rental bookings happen through a property management system (Hostfully) — not a standard checkout page. No GCLID is preserved through the booking flow. There was no way to know which Google Ad campaign drove which reservation.

Pure Kauai was making budget decisions blind. They knew their ads "worked" because bookings were coming in, but had no idea which campaigns, keywords, or audiences were driving them.
